Today in my youngest class, one of our words was “log”, so I showed them the classic Ren and Stimpy Log clip.  It doesn’t even matter what I show them—if it’s a video on the internet, they go crazy for it.  

Any suggestions for short, silly, and child-appropriate videos to show my kids when we have down-time?

Having a computer and a projector in my classroom means I get to show stupid things like this to my students.  Their reactions were pretty good.

I feel that I might be in the minority here, but I love Sarah Silverman and am excited for her new season to start tonight.

The teacher who took over my classes made this video of some of my old kindies.  I miss them!  Hopefully I will be able to make it to their graduation in February.

My goodness, who has been dressing the Korean boy bands lately?  I pray that no one is wearing shit like this when I get back.

I really like them.  And by “them” I mean Doo Joon.  Especially with his frosted lips and white turtle-neck tank top.  Hahaha (you think I’m joking)!

This is a newish group of previous boy-band rejects, and they are lamely called BEAST.  Or B2ST.  I was wondering forever why B2ST is shorthand for BEAST until I realized, duh, 2 in Korean (이) is pronounced as “ee”.  Who combines English and Korean, anyway?  Sheesh.

I’m glad that yellow dust, fan death, Choco-Boy, four seasons, kai bai bo, Pizza School, and ondol got their well-deserved mentions.

I’m catching up on all the Korean pop culture I missed out on in the past two months, and if this is representative of the rest of it, I didn’t miss much.  This is the worst music video I’ve seen in my life.  Seriously?
